Refunds & Returns
We will exchange or refund your items provided the items and its packing is in its original condition with the original tags attached.
See below for the time frame your refund and exchange must be made in. Full priced items: can be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase for refund, store credit or exchange. Sale items ( including items purchased with a sale code): can be returned 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Shipment costs (both initial and return) for return or exchange are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable.
Shipping:
All orders received before
11:00 AM on business days will be shipped the same day. Any orders received
outside these times will be shipped the following business day.

Free Australian standard on
all Australian orders over $100
Please note: shipping

urgently please email us prior to check out so we can help. We can also offer
express shipping with an extra cost.
Please ensure you enter the
correct delivery address.
Littlelight.com.au is not responsible for incorrectly
entered delivery address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.
How do I return my items:
Simply print off
and fill out our return form (Which can be downloaded here), and send it along
with the returned items back to us.
Please allow 3
business days to process your return, once received.
Once your return has been
processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund, exchange or store
credit.
Little light
recommends that customer return their items using traceable mail ( with
tracking code), as we are not responsible for items that are lost during
transit.
Faulty items
If you receive an item that
is faulty, please contact us to request a refund, exchange or store credit.
Faulty items can then be sent to us to be assessed.
Once received and deemed
faulty, we will provide a refund, exchange or store credit, as well as refund
the return postage. If the item is deemed not to be faulty, it will be returned
to the customer at their expense.
